Location: Rio Arriba, US Highway 84, 2.5 miles south of Abiquiú.

Distance (from Ghost Ranch): Approximately 6 miles south of Ghost Ranch.

Directions (from Ghost Ranch): Turn left at Ghost Ranch gate onto Hwy 84, drive about 15 miles.
Make a right turn at Poshuouinge sign.

Description: The Poshouinge Ruin Trail is 0.5 (half-mile) mile in length with two vista areas and interpretive signs. The trail traverses, steep, uneven surfaces and overlooks remnants of an old pueblo and the Chama River Valley. The principal ruins included a large pueblo with over 700 ground-floor rooms surrounding 2 large plazas with a large kiva in the larger plaza.
